The solution
There is a great, untapped source of safe water in the ground beneath our feet. We fund, drill and install wells in rural primary schools to access this groundwater, providing a source of safe water at the heart of communities.
Each well provides water to hundreds of school children, teachers, and the wider community, for decades.
We drilled our first well in 2011 at Summit Schools in Maragua, Kenya, and since then we have improved the lives of around 300,000 people, with more than 300 wells installed.
