Nigel Linacre

Nigel Linacre is the Chairman, and a Trustee of WellBoring. He is also a coach, inspirational speaker and author who helps people realise themselves, connect with others and transform lives.

He works with local and global clients in Europe and America, Africa and India and at leading Universities. Nigel is a co-founder of Extraordinary Leadership and the Extraordinary Leadership Journey which takes western executives to Kenyan schools.

He is also the co-founder of LeadNow which develops students in Europe and Africa. Nigel has set up and run businesses and charities before developing as a facilitator and coach.

He had a first career in advertising and marketing and has worked on Department for International Development (UK Government) and World Bank funded projects in India and Nepal, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa and Tanzania.

Graeme is a founding trustee of WellBoring, a business coach and father, manages WellBoring operations, and organises and coordinates project delivery and fund raising activities.

He worked with the UK government Department for Education in successfully making changes to the school admissions process, leading to fairer access to school for summer born premature children in England.

Graeme is a civil engineer and has worked in construction, manufacturing and rail. Recently with responsibility for engineering competency development he created competency frameworks for engineers, and graduate development programmes in a large multi national rail company. He is trained in coaching, change management and continuous improvement, and has multi disciplinary project management expertise.

Richard Kongo

Richard is a Trustee of WellBoring, a tax consultant and social entrepreneur. He brings into the board his wealth of experience in our Kenya operating environment and sound financial skills.

Richard is a graduate of Catholic University of Eastern Africa with a Bachelor of Commerce (Management). He is currently the head of Tax division in the audit firm Kiguru & Associates, Certified Public Accountants-Kenya (www.kiguru.com) and previously worked with Kenya Government Revenue Authority as a revenue officer.

Richard is also a social entrepreneur with a passion for businesses with a social impact. He is a co-founder of House of Technology Ltd – a Company that is in e-commerce and cyber security space in Kenya.

He sits in the boards of Help A Child Africa (HACA) a Non-Governmental Organization, Kibiko Primary School and PCEA Kibiko water project.
